Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation across various global markets, combining automated processes with personal outreach to follow up on leads showing interest.
  • Outreach: Call potential partners to introduce our services and work toward forming partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with assigned partners through regular follow-ups, calls, communication, and occasional in-person meetings. Build trust and provide support to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Partner Support: Address partner requests, source developers, review and validate candidate resumes, and facilitate any necessary adjustments.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, attend them as needed, and gather feedback.
  • Project Launch and Coordination: Organize project starts by managing contracts, coordinating between clients and contractors, and ensuring both parties are satisfied with ongoing project outcomes.
  • Invoicing and Project Tracking: Handle invoicing, monitor project hours, and address any outstanding payments.
  • Process Management: Maintain all processes related to leads, partners, and requests in the CRM system and an internal web application.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluent English for daily communication with international partners.
  • Previous experience in the IT sector in any role. A foundational understanding of the field is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of client relationship management principles.
  • Experience in or exposure to the IT industry.

Qualifications

  • English level B2+ or higher (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field).
  • Previous experience in the IT sector or understanding of software development processes is an advantage.
