We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in leading multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex project lifecycles from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage 5+ projects simultaneously.
• Ensure successful completion of at least 3 full project lifecycles.
• Plan, execute, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain project management processes and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and the internal team.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and conflicts.
• Track project performance using key metrics to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of general management principles and project lifecycle management.
• Experience with task, process, and budget management.
• Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Technical expertise and basic understanding of project architecture.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in time management and prioritization techniques.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align project goals with client needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with processes and ensure team adherence.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and ensure alignment with business priorities.
