Business System Analyst

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business, System, or Functional Analyst role.
• Familiarity with key UX/UI practices and processes.
• Experience in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-Functional requirements, system diagrams, and wireframes.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Restful and SOAP APIs (writing requirements, API usage).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with the architecture of WEB-based applications.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive approach.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an overall solution focus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing concurrent projects, and handling BA work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong time-management skills, capable of handling multitasking activities.

Will be a plus:

• Background in enterprise software development or within the finance domain;
• Proven experience in delivering web applications;
• Familiarity with UML (Unified Modeling Language);
• Successful involvement in system integration projects;
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture.
