- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Experience with recruiting for outstaffing projects.
- English: upper intermediate
- Understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
