RJ App is a platform where outstaffing and outsourcing requests from Red Jumpers agency partners are posted.

The platform allows partners to store and manage their developers’ profiles, submit them for requests, track feedback, and enables agency managers to post requests, gather, and sort candidates accordingly.

Before the introduction of RJ App, the company used a Telegram bot for operations, which only partially fulfilled the necessary tasks and increasingly showed shortcomings as the number of users grew. A scalable, customizable solution was needed for hundreds or even thousands of users, one that would function correctly and quickly, with the ability to continuously layer new features without compromising existing functionality. The solution had to work equally well on various types of devices, which led to the idea of creating a PWA (Progressive Web App).
