Fabryka Kvartyr specializes in repair, design and construction works. They offer turnkey services: from the development of design projects to the installation of equipment, furniture manufacturing and cleaning services.

Leveraging advanced visualization technologies, clients can preview their future interiors before work begins. The company operates offices in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Kyiv, and Odessa, with services available across Ukraine.

The project’s core goal was to create a digital product that would improve customer interaction, increase transparency of renovation processes, and increase the company’s visibility in search engines.

Our process for the Discovery Phase

We started our work with a design sprint involving business analysts, UX/UI specialists, and solution architects to identify the product’s key functional capabilities, considering his desires and market needs.

A series of interviews with potential and current clients was conducted to understand their needs and expectations of repair services. Based on the insights provided, the primary needs and fears of the target audience were highlighted.

We did extensive research based on thorough market-product-audience understanding. We co-created the Business Model Canvas with a client to identify possible customers and partners, key values, streams of revenue, scaling strategy, and needed resources.

Conducted a Competitors Analysis that identified key players of the real estate market segment in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, and Kyiv. We analyzed their strategies, common and different points for our killer feature and breakthrough solution.

Created Buyer Persona, having researched users’ pain points, goals, fears, and needs to develop typical portraits of a potential audience.

Built a User Journey Map as a way to visualize the path of user interaction with the product, showing points of contact, feelings, and barriers.

Complemented the analysis by SEO audit, analyzed the technical condition of the site, content, and keywords, and developed recommendations for increasing visibility in search engines.

Also, we did a Light Analysis of the marketing strategy, assessed the relevance of promotion channels, positioning, and messages, and provided recommendations for their optimization and strengthening of influence.

We developed a vision to create the functionality of a future product, based on insights gained during in-depth customer interviews and brainstorming sessions. These ideas were structured and transformed into a detailed Flows and Map functionality map, considering current needs and future prospects.

    Basic version
  • User Cabinet: with the function of displaying an active project, calculator, object lists, calendar payments, notifications, account settings, reports, team communication, design projects, information about technical supervision, and estimates of materials and work.
  • Site-business card: a tool for a business owner, with the description of services, portfolio, calculator, ideas from Pinterest, besides an opportunity to communicate with contractors, designers, and construction teams.
  • Admin panel: possibility to manage order lists, designers, teams, cases, projects, and clients, as well as create and edit new projects.

This approach allowed balancing the ambitions of the client and the realism of implementation, with gradual expansion of the product.

Since the client had quite an ambitious vision-a large multifunctional product-we proposed to create two versions of the product:

    Extended version
  • The ideal vision of the client: an integrated website with wider functionality, an improved calculator, an extended client account, a personalized platform for designers with Pinterest functionality, as well as an admin panel with the option for deep analysis and management.

This approach allowed balancing the ambitions of the client and the realism of implementation, with gradual expansion of the product.

Based on the business analysis data and insights collected, UX experts prepared an interactive visual prototype of the future product. Detailed visuals were included for the following key components: user account, service description site, blog, portfolio, repair calculator, and a block with repair ideas. Thus, the structure and functionality of the future solution could be imagined.

After discussing with the client and presenting the prototype, it was decided that the format would be changed from a web version to a mobile application. UX experts adapted the design for mobile devices, creating a new interactive version optimized for the mobile experience.

The technical team, which included mobile and web development specialists, analyzed the product requirements and proposed architectural solutions at the next stage. Considering the requirements for performance, scalability, and ease of support, a technology stack was chosen that would be optimal for creating this type of software product.

Consequently, the team could estimate the total development cost and create a realistic implementation plan based on a ready-made product description divided into functional modules, an approved architecture, and an interactive prototype.

The ability to create design ideas, inspiration from Pinterest, and technical appearance management has been provided.

Convenient communication between clients, designers, and teams has been established through in-office tools.

An SEO audit has been performed, and recommendations have been implemented to improve product visibility.

Scaling module

A technical architecture has been implemented that will allow functionality to be expanded in the future.

Deep Business Analysis

Conducted Competitors Analysis, Business Model Canvas, Market Overview, Personas Analysis, User Flow Analysis, which provided the client with a clear understanding of the market, potential customers, partners, and competitive advantages of the product.

SEO Audit

“We offer custom menswear with online and offline showrooms in Singapore and the UK. People sign up online, come into the showroom, and are measured. We then have their measurement profiles so they can go and reorder online when necessary.

Initially, we had a booking tool that was relatively basic. Together with Soloway, we overhauled the booking tool, making it a lot more flexible and useful to our needs. In the end, we started with the development of an entire order management system that administers measurements and tracks orders along the process.
