Created Buyer Persona, having researched users’ pain points, goals, fears, and needs to develop typical portraits of a potential audience.
Built a User Journey Map as a way to visualize the path of user interaction with the product, showing points of contact, feelings, and barriers.
Complemented the analysis by SEO audit, analyzed the technical condition of the site, content, and keywords, and developed recommendations for increasing visibility in search engines.
Also, we did a Light Analysis of the marketing strategy, assessed the relevance of promotion channels, positioning, and messages, and provided recommendations for their optimization and strengthening of influence.
